Academic Research · 2025–2026
Conducted at the Cambridge Centre for International Research (CCIR), in collaboration with Harvard IQSS and MIT. Ran a conjoint experiment scoring 10,000+ synthetic resumes across Claude Sonnet 4.6, Gemini 3.5 Flash, and Qwen 2.5 (7B) to measure socioeconomic bias in AI-driven resume screening. Found statistically significant class bias in Claude Sonnet 4.6 for Data Analyst roles (26% vs. 6% shortlisting gap between high and low socioeconomic status), near-zero bias in Gemini 3.5 Flash, and selective bias in Qwen 2.5.
Presented findings at the CCIR Student Research Symposium, King's College, Cambridge (July 2026).
Supervised by Dr. Danny Ebanks (Harvard IQSS) & Dominic Skinnion (MIT)
